Last minute update… Our first driver has withdrawn so everyone is five minutes earlier than the times below… And (almost) everyone after the break is another five minutes earlier than published below. You can help to keep things running smoothly by being in the warm-up arena and ready to roll at least ten minutes before your time. I’ll publish new times and the numbers on the register - please tick your name so I know you’re here when you pick up your number bib. Thank you! Please find below the diagram for the cones course and obstacles.  As before, please come into the arena from the warm-up arena when called. Go straight to the start and complete the cones course, finish. Stay in the arena. Come around and start obstacle 1, finish. Start obstacle 2, finish. Leave the main arena and return to the warm-up arena. Come back in to the main arena and complete the obstacle 3, then obstacle 4. Leave the arena - finish. Please come back for your rosettes! Please find below the provisional timetable: this may change so kindly check your time when you arrive - and tick your name and collect your number bib. (I will not publish numbers now: it's easiest for the stewards and scorer when everyone drives in sequence and last time we had several withdrawals. Numbers will be published on the driver register when you check in - thank you.) Notes for competitors You may walk into the arena or trot in without penalty. We shall be running the cones and obstacles in the main arena at the same time. Please be ready to come into the arena promptly. Come into the warm-up arena at least 10 minutes before your time - you may be asked to go in early. Come back when you've finished and get your rosettes at the presentation at the end of the event, plus your lovely backstepper rosettes - kindly sponsored by Donna and Samii Moncur. Parking: please park horseboxes and trailers neatly, safely and only about 5-6m apart because we have a lot to pack in. Tuck your carriage next to your trailer or truck when it's not in use, so it's safely out of the way. Kindly park extra cars near the hedge by the road, not in the horsebox park or near the shop, for everyone’s safety - thank you. Do invite your friends and family to come and support you! Emma’s Tasty Tucker Trailer will be attending - for hot and cold drinks, cake, yummy burgers and more - highly recommended. |
