Please note - we have changed how we’ll run the cones and obstacles.

We’ll put everyone into small groups, as we have done previously, and you’ll be called into the arena in turn.

Complete the cones course, then drive obstacles 1 & 2, leave the main arena and return to the warm-up arena.

Next time you are called into the main arena, drive the obstacles as 3 & 4…

You can help to keep things running smoothly by being ready to be called in and go straight to the start - thank you!

Also - please invite friends, family and neighbours to come and watch, especially for the obstacles - after 12. This is a great opportunity to promote indoor driving.

We need a couple more helpers! Can you spare some time during the day? If so, please call Janice Parker - 07967 319251.
Thank you!

Please find below the obstacles map and the map of the arenas, showing how to get into the warm-up arena, from the warm-up to the main arena, and leaving the main arena.

Driver numbers will be published at the event and bibs will be available, as usual. (It’s much easier for the stewards and scorers when drivers are in number order so, in case we have any withdrawals, the numbers will be published on the paperwork on the day. Please remember that your time may change if people withdraw before Sunday so check the list as soon as you arrive.)

Please be ready in the warm-up arena at least ten minutes before your P&P time and go into the main arena as soon as you are called. Please trot in for the first movement, A-D-L…

CONES & OBSTACLES
Everyone will drive these as follows:

Drive straight to the start and complete the cones course, finish.

Stay in the arena. Come around and start obstacle 1, finish. Start obstacle 2, finish.
Start obstacle 3, finish, then start obstacle 4, finish, and leave the arena through the exit, as shown on the map.

Please come back for your rosette!

Note that points will be put in the Norfolk leagues unless you tell us you claim them for East Anglia. Please let me know?

HEALTH & SAFETY
We want everone to stay healthy - please don't come if you feel poorly nor if your horse shows signs of being unwell.

Parking: please park horseboxes and trailers neatly, safely and only about 5-6m apart because we have a lot to pack in.

Tuck your carriage next to your trailer or truck when it's not in use, so it's safely out of the way.

Important - park extra cars as directed. Do not park them in the horsebox area, for everyone’s safety - thank you.

COME ALONG TO WATCH!
Do invite your friends and family to come and support you! It’s all free to watch.

I’m looking for a few volunteers who’d be happy to chat to any spectators/potential new drivers about driving – ‘Ask me!’ badges provided! Please contact me if you are interested?

There is a cosy café on site – please support it.

Obstacle diagrams and arena map coming shortly...

Thank you.
