Hello again, please find below the cones & obstacles map. We'll drive the cones and obstacles in turn and in groups of 4-6, as usual. Drive the cones then stay in the arena and drive 1 & 2; leave arena (note that 2 is the FAR obstacle). Come out and into the warm-up arena, get your breath back; go back in the arena in turn, when asked, and drive 3 & 4 - 4 being the FAR obstacle. The Secretariat (posh word for where you check your time, tick your name, get your number bib, check the noticeboard for news) is at the top right end of the main arena. You'll see it when you come round the corner. PLease check in as soon as you arrive as there have been withdrawals and almost everyone will be five minutes EARLIER... Note the ONE-WAY system. Here are the maps for the horsebox/trailer parking and separate car parking areas and for the one-way system for horses and carriages to go to the warm-up arena, into the indoor arena, then out and back to the horsebox park. We want to keep cars and horses separated - for everyone's safety.   Please do not drive on the lower grass area/overflow parking with cars or horses as it is very wet. Thank you all for your entries and enthusiastic support as we take our events to Beechwood Equestrian Centre for the first time! Please invite your friends to come and watch - there is an excellent cafe and a comfortable viewing gallery upstairs - with disabled access. Large outdoor warm-up arena; 60 x 30m indoor arena.
