Dear Guest(s) and anyone else interested...

Good questions: the course-building pixies will be busy until about 9:15, I'm estimating, so the first course walk should start at about that time.

Re. fancy dress: you are, of course, always welcome to come to any event in fancy dress (?!) I think that everyone was focusing on Christmas when I asked and nobody seemed interested! We have no prizes or judges for fancy dress however, if we get enough helpers in the (nice warm) commentary box, Mike will be taking piccies.

Hope this helps! F

Hi, all, thank you for your entries for the World Cup.

There are six groups: each group has a start time - names are not in any particular order within the group. You go round three times, one after the other (like when we drive obstacles at a normal event). Your first go is a time-trial and the second and third goes count towards the competition. Penalties as usual. Groom stands and can speak throughout.

I've tried to organise people sharing so that they will have enough time for swapping round as well as having some good competition in each group.

We are planning to build the course from about 8:30 am or so and to have it ready for walking by 9:15.

Please plan your arrival so you will have time to get your horse ready and walk the course at the times given!

If you have any query or need a time-change, please call or email as soon as possible. Home no 01473 735732 - on the day please call 07710 467774

From 8:30 - Build course, set up timer.

Please help during the day and at the beginning and end to build and dismantle the course. You can keep things running smoothly by making sure you are ready and around the warm-up arena at least 10 minutes before your group's start time. Help with the doors would also be appreciated - thank you.

The cafe will be open and also the cash and carry.

There will be rosettes for each class however you can go var/www when you have finished if you wish: please bring me a sae if you want your rosette sent to you. (I'll have rosettes from November too, if you want to claim yours!)
