Foto-forum do not ever "not turn up" for an event when booked officially for events. We arrived having been booked to take official photographs for both Horse & Hound and competitors. We went about our business of taking photographs and selling them. Not sure where the bickering came in, but it wasnt from us?

With regard to photographers at Normanhurst.
a) Fotoforum were there as official photographers for Horse & Hound.
b) Sfdigital had been booked by the event chairman in January.AND was only there for Dressage day.
c) one photographer can not be everywhere at the same time, surely it up to the competitor to choose the best possible picture of their event, after all if the competitors were not there .....
d)leaflets were given out with info packs for the competitors, just another little job for an already stretched out team of workers
e) after all the bickering between these photographers it is more than possible there will not be any at the next event as we as organisers have enough stress without the added stress of an all out war between photographers!!! Which will be a great pity for the competitor that want their great day recorded for their photo album.

Please let this be the end of this subject.

Indoor Driving made an unfortunate error regards Normanhurst photography. As Fotoforum did not turn up last year I was appointed, via Dick and fundraiser Sarah Owlett, to do the pictures. However Rita had not been told and she appointed Fotoforum. I was not happy, especially as they print on-site and therefore captured all the work. Even so I took every competitor in both cones and marathon which are now on my website which is www.animalimages.org.uk.

I saw two other commercial photographers as well as Foto-Forum. I have the web address of one, who has posted Normanhurst pics:
https://www.animalimages.org.uk

Also, I have posted a few on my site https://www.mikewatts.com - mine are free but only cover the times we're not competing!

Does anyone have the web-address of the photographer at the Normanhurst HDT? There was another one aswell as Foto-Forum who put their flyer in the info packs, but I have accidentally thrown it away!
