James & Sara Binns will be running a training day at Tickhill on the 20th March for those who want to practice before the Indoor Finals. The only fee will be the cost of the venue divided by the number of entries, so the more that come the cheeper it becomes. Depending on numbers we are happy to extend this invite to all and other area's competitors.
