VENUE PARKING/ARRIVAL UP DATE. If you need to park in the field with your own stabling arrangements you may be there anytime Thursday BUT if you need to park on the hard standing parking area you MAY NOT ARRIVE until after 2pm as the parking area will be FULL. Have just had email from College EC ref: arrival at venue. You may NOT arrive before 12 noon. THIS MAY CHANGE SO WATCH THIS POSTING. Real extra care must be taken upon arrival as there is a CHILDRENS EVENT (under 10's) taking place, they will be there until 3pm. BE CAREFUL please. You MUST report to the Stable Manager upon arrival who will tell you where to park and if you have booked a stable - where to find it. If you park in the wrong place then you will have to move regardless if you have set up for the weekend or not! You can not take your carriage to the stable complex as short of space. All carriages will have to remain in your transport/lorry park unless in use. As there is not enough permanent stabling available for everyone some temp stables have been erected over the road next to the stable complex, they are not in the field next to school. ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. Any more infoormation comes from Simon or Patsy (venue owners) at the College EC I will post it here. Please keep checking until you leave for Keysoe.
