It works if my husband - who is also my sponsor! - is on the back that day but if he is not then there is no mention of who is. This helps to include the back stepper more and to develop the "Team Spirit" It takes 2 in our sport not just the whip. Publicity of class winners would then refer to Team XXXXX rather than just the whips name. It also will give an oppertunity for those luckily enough to have presonal sponsorship to name their team after their sponsor thus raising the profile of the sponsor.
