I have just lost my fell pony and am now considering driving something smaller. I like the dartmoor hill ponies but am not sure if one would be strong enough to pull two adults up hills. I am also considering buying an Exmoor pony but some people say they can be awkward and even grumpy. Any views or personal experiences of either of these breeds would be most welcome.
