There are sessions available for training with Mike Daniell indoors at Wix EC on: Saturday 2 February, 11-6 Saturday 2 March, 10-6 "Flatwork essentials" Mike is happy to cover everything for everyone from long-reining, fitting the harness or carriage, from basic movements to "getting" paces - collection, lengthening and extension. Cones and obstacle driving tips. All sizes and ages of pony (and driver) welcome. Assessments for new drivers (indoors or out) - allow 60 mins. You don't have to be a member of any club or to want to compete to come for a lesson. Training with Mike Daniell at Wix EC, CO11 2RU New dates: Saturday, 29 September, 2012, 11-5 Saturday, 10 November, 1-6 Saturday, 8 December, 2-6 Saturday, 12 January, 2013, 2-6 Saturday, 2 February, 2-6 Saturday, 2 March, 2-6 Everyone is welcome, from beginners to everyone else - you don't have to compete, or even plan to compete or to be a member of anything in order to come to the training sessions. Training for all levels - long-reining harness and carriage fitting lessons for drivers of all ages and sizes and turnouts. If you wish to compete indoors and have never competed in an indoor or an affiliated (outdoor) horse driving trials club event before, you need to have a simple safety assessment before you can enter an event. (You only need one assessment and this will be valid for indoor and outdoor horse driving trials.) If you want an assessment, you need an hour and please let us know in advance.
