I have decided after missing the fair two years running due to competing I am not going to miss it this year. That is a great pity as I really enjoyed myself at Morton Morell and the organisers are so friendly and cheerful and now I am going to have to miss the last event. :-(

I know sally (organizer) booked the 5TH but the college has double booked, apparently there is nothing they can do. I agree it is unfair to everyone including sally as she is supposed to be working her trade stand at the fair!! It is awkward, but sally has tried everything. Although I am not exactly part of the indoor team, I know the organisers are very sorry that this has happened. |

I have noticed that the Carriage Fair this March is on the same day as an event at Morton Morell. Isn't this a bit bizarre! It is also unfair on competitors. Do people miss out on a great Carriage Fair and compete to gain points to qualify for the Championships or throw the Championships away and have a day out instead. Surley with some thought the event at Morton Morell could have been brought forward a week or postponed a week.. There is a struggle to get entries as it is without this mix up. Yes I am going to have to miss out on competing or miss out on the fair. Come on!!! Can something be done here?????
