Could you do 3x areas a month = 18 areas Oct-March covers the season so in the mag Nov-April and then May the finals report, this would give you a chance to tell us all how each area is run, and contact details for newcomers reading the article, and give us a bit more coverage, in your great magazine. Good luck to all in the finals. Ginny West Norfolk |

Hi All, As you know Carriage Driving magazine covers indoor horse trials events, but this year we tried out a different format of reporting. We used to cover events region by region, event by event, but this is a mammoth task now it's so popular and it's always hard to make sure that everyone that should gets a mention. We only ever have four pages maximum to allow for coverage and even so struggle to get all the regions' events in. It does end up being literally one sentence per class per region, ie this person won that with this horse - which does get a bit monontonous! Do people prefer this method of reporting - or do you have another way you'd think would work? Do let us know your thoughts. You'll all be pleased to hear that we're covering the indoor finals - in full! Stephanie Kill, Editor, Carriage Driving Magazine
