I have a 4 wheel carriage, which I brought from Hartlands last year(although not a Hartland), in good condition, been used approx 3 times by me, always kept under cover, would suit single pony 13.2 - 15.2. I also have a Cob size Tedex Harness as new, tried on my pony twice. I require the same but for a Section A.
