A Great Big THANK YOU to all the competitors, grooms, supporters, family and friends who all made our day such a big success yesterday! Our biggest event this season with 29 competitors including 7 juniors and 4 newcomers. Special thanks to our wonderful helpers and arena party - Roger and Jean Alway, who put twice as much effort as usual into running the event on behalf of Indoor Driving; Mike Daniell, for judging Precision and his lively commentary; Mike's writer Heather Candler; Katherine Long, who judged Paces for the first time aided by Mandy Hooper, her writer; Janet Gould was our ever-patient Chief Scorer; Sandra Sibbons, one of the bestest collecting ring stewards with Julie, Caroline and Bruce all getting thoroughly involved, too, with the irrepressible Jo Meech. Zoe, Charlotte and Amie also helped spot knockdowns and kept the arena in order. Grace Smith kindly presented the rosettes with her usual charm, naturally. And to all the shovel-handy people who left the stable area clean and tidy. We look forward to seeing you again on Saturday 23 December at our Christmas Special at Wix - which has optional Fancy Dress for P&P and Cones phases + prizes.
