PLEASE NOTE:
Ownership of the venue changed last year, this brings new terms and conditions. One being the hours that we are at the venue, this includes when the first person drives into the venue and when the last person leaves NOT just the competition time.
NO-ONE must arrive before 8am and everyone must be away by 4pm - otherwise we have to pay an extra £25 for every hour even a part hour. I only found this out at the last event when I was asked for £25 extra as someone was there at 7.30am! The extra charge will be passed onto the competitor(s)concerned UNLESS we over run the time due to competition.
As usual please be ready and waiting ten minutes before your time to allow for any earlier withdraws. If you withdraw please TEXT 07971 529450 with your name and WITHDRAW. Do not tell a friend - they often forget to tell us!
