Please note: owing to withdrawals, everyone after Cathy Akers (no 3), will be five minutes earlier than published; after Callum, ten minutes earlier; after the break, most are 15 minutes earlier.
Kindly make allowances and make sure you are ready on time, at least ten minutes before your start time. Thank you!
