As long as the child is with an adult and is wearing a hard hat it should be ok but please check with the organiser of the event, and check the club rules. For ICD events you may have a child on the back with hat under FULL supervision of an attentive adult for general driving but not for any kind of competition. Also having a child on the vehicle is TOTALLY AT YOUR OWN RISK you will not be covered by our insurance.

What is the general rule for children on carriages? We have children with us intermittantly, anything from age 5-12. Obviously in a competition I have my husband as a backstepper, but what about club pleasure drives? Would it be ok if they have a hat, for them to be on the back with backstepper?
