If you are planning to get to Keysoe on the A1, check your route does not use the Black Cat roundabout. Extensive road improvements and an Alice-in-Wonderland fan in charge of the diversion signs led to us wasting an hour going round in circles in heavy traffic there three weeks ago (28 February).
