Hi, Steph, Mike Daniell trains ponies, horses and people to drive (he trained me, among many others!) He'll be judging at the indoor event at Wix from about 9am - 12pm or so on Sat 24 Feb, if you can come to meet him after about 11:30. Also come and see Janet Sycamore's Spike and Sidney - minis (pics on www.mikewatts.com) He's at Hollesley, on the coast just beyond Woodbridge - (it's about an hour/90 mins from Unex Towerlands to him, if that's any help.) He's recently trained a 10 hand pony to drive - I can recommend speaking to him. Yard no 01394 410293. He's training at Wix, Friday 2 March, too. Hope this helps! Fiona

Sounds fun.

So people can suggest who's suitable in your area, what area of the country are you?

Hi I have two four year old British native spotted ponies that I would like to drive - Obviously I am to big to teach them the basics from the saddle. About 20 years ago I broke my daughters pony to drive but he had already been there, done that and got the tee shirt, and I have not driven for 10years. Advice on suitable trainers or help welcome.
