Thanks to Alan for following this up with me and emailing me the details - in the end it 'just worked' - so who knows - computers! - if anyone has problems with the online payment/entry, please email me the details [what screen were you on - what did you press - what happened....]

Alan sorry to hear it's not working for you. please email me any more details - first does your browser have scripts enabled (check settings or does it give you a message if you don't click that you accept the rules?), what browser and system (phone/windows...) are you on? Do you see anything else happen when you click add to basket? Occasionally systems fail/get busy so it's worth retrying later, though it's working fine now and I've no reports of downtime. I can fill the form in, I can tick the box to say I will stick to the rules, then nothing. No forwarding to checkout or any popup to tell me something is wrong. Back to snail mail. |
