Hi Adam - We have to put them back on the lorry - they are not allowed to eat from haynets whilst tied up.

Looking forward to this Satursday at Golden Cross. Without trying to sound stupid, presumably the rule do not tie you horse to you trailer/lorry only applies if they are left unattended? As otherwise what exactualy are we supposed to do with them? :-) |

Here we go again, the start of yet another winter season. At Golden Cross for the first event, as usual there are Terms & Condition to be adhered to as laid down by GXEC. 1. DO NOT tie your horse to your lorry/trailer. 2. DO NOT leave hay or dung or any litter behind you. Please pick it all up otherwise I will have to do so!! 3. DO NOT arrive before 8am as we will be charged a extra £25 if anyone is there before our booked time. 4. Everyone must be off site before 4pm or the same charge will be applied From the contract: Booking time for the rate agreed is between 8am and 4pm, any usage outside these times will be charged at a rate of £25 per hour and must be paid on the day of booking. All additional equipment and litter will have been removed from the arena building and grounds. All non-catering litter will be removed entirely from the site or the Hirer will arrange a skip for its disposal at their own expense, (i.e. Trade Stand rubbish, cardboard boxes etc). HORSE BOXES Visiting horseboxes must not be mucked out in the parking area. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring this happens and is responsible for ensuring all muck is removed and dropped hay is cleared. "Due to a a serious incident horses and ponies are no longer allowed to be left unattended outside trailers or horseboxes at any time while at Golden Cross. No haynets/haybags to be tied outside of vehicles. All muck must be taken var/www with you or use equipment supplied to clear away your horses dropping. Many thanks in your help with this matter. Here at Golden Cross we aim to offer a clean and tidy but mainly safe environment for all our competitors." Kind regards, Team GC They are the GX rules, please observe them at all times. Thank you. Here are the provisional times that you need to know. Please be ready to drive your test at least 10 (ten) minutes before your time.
