Wendy - this is me! Blandings Farm is near Chippenham, Newmarket (CB7 5QQ) Very good event to start with. You can come and have some training on the Saturday, if you like, or come and watch (and walk the obstacles), and enter the one-day event on Sunday. If you are sufficiently desperate to want me as a mentor/buddy, I'm happy to hold your hand throughout! I have not seen the EACDG yearbook yet so I don't know any more details. Electric fencing's OK at Blandings - bring a warning sign to put on it, if you have one! Wendy, The East Anglian is probably your nearest club, see www.eacdg.org.uk Eacdg first events are: 7/8 April Training and One day event, Blandings 21/22nd April Ashfields 2 day event The next nearest is probably the Midlands www.mdtg.co.uk, or Windsor Park https://www.wpec.org.uk/driving/ ...or there are several in the south...lots of good events. See https://www.horsedrivingtrials.co.uk/ and click Club Events [on the right) to get a full list, though not all have posted their dates yet for this year.
