Hello Rita - I have just re-checked my emails and i did enter Merrist wood and not golden cross so not sure how my name is on golden cross. (unless i have a very keen twin??!!) hope that doesnt put all times out? is it okay to remove me from list? thanks. Lisa |

Oh Rita - I have made such an error - i thought i had entered Merrist Wood and not golden cross online. Is there any way you can remove my entry here and transfer it to merrist? I do apologise for messing up your times. so sorry. Lisa Emery |

The first qualifier of the season, for those competitors who have not competed with us before, there are a few rules laid down by the Golden Cross proprietors which we would be very grateful if you can abide by them at all times.
DO NOT tie your horse to your lorry/trailer.
Visiting horseboxes must not be mucked out in the parking area.
DO NOT leave hay or dung or any litter behind you
Horses and ponies are not allowed to be left unattended outside trailers or horseboxes at any time while at Golden Cross.
No haynets/haybags to be tied outside of vehicles.
All muck must be taken var/www with you or use equipment supplied to clear away your horses dropping
All non-catering litter to be taken var/www with you.
DO NOT arrive before 8am as we will be charged an extra £25 if anyone is there before our booked time.
Everyone must be off site before 4pm or the same charge will be applied
We will appreciate your co-operation on all the points listed above
Be aware of traffic entering and leaving when you are waiting to enter the indoor or outdoor arenas.
PLEASE be ready and waiting to be called AT LEAST 10 minutes before your time.
We may run ahead of time depending on withdraws/no shows, if this happens we will call the next competitor regardless of time. If you miss your place you may have to wait until last.
Enter the P&P arena at the WALK, be aware of a possible ‘bump’ when entering the arena.
Lastly: Good Luck at this first event.
