Sorting times for this event has been a nighmare, so many competitors going to or coming from OLYMPIA, and the same vehicle/pony being used twice, but I hope the times will work out ok.
Please remember times may be adjusted if any withdrawals.
OBSTACLES
The obstacles will start with those GOING to OLYMPIA. Therefore the start will not be in class order.
Hopefully there will be a running order for the obstacle by the arena entrance.
PLEASE be ready at least 10 minutes before your P&P time, remember the times are approimate only! PLEASE do not go up the road to warm up close to your time, if you do not respond to your first call you will NOT be called again and you WILL go last.
The daylight will go fast so please help yourself and everyone else by being on time. Thank you.
As it is the Christmas event there is a prize for the BEST Christmas themed Fancy Dress in EACH CLASS. This will be decided by the P&P Judges.
