To help the Championship Finals rum smoothly we require Stewards for each day, perhaps you could help. A team of stewards would be able to rota and so not be standing up all day doing the same job. It would not be all day so you will have time to watch some of the action. What I require is: At all times: MAIN COLLECTING ARENA STEWARD who basically is in charge of the whole collect arena. They MUST make sure that only competitors who will be competing within 30 minutes of them entering the main collecting arena, no general exercising is allowed in the main collecting arena whilst the competition is running. Friday and Saturday mornings: 1. P&P judges writers, this involves marking the P&P mark sheet for each competitor as the judge makes them also conveying the score to the scorer via a radio. 2.Arena Door stewards to get each competitor into the correct arena at the correct time. 3. Collecting ring stewards. To get the competitors in the correct order ready and waiting to be called into the arena by the door stewards. 4. Cones arena party, this involves replacing any cones or balls that are knock over/off by any competitor and remeasuring the cones to the correct width and in the correct place to maintain the same course for all competitors. 5. Back up timing within the cones arena. 6. Arena steward to get the competitors in and out of arena without compromising any other competitors. 7. Collecting ring stewards to make sure the next competitor for the cones is ready and waiting. 8. MOST IMPORTANT. Refreshment steward for all judges, scorers and timekeepers in all three arenas, also as a message runner when required by scorer or judges. Friday and Saturday afternoons. 1. Arena door stewards, to get competitors in and out of arena safely. 2. Collecting ring stewards to have competitors ready and waiting so as to cause no delay in the arena. Sunday: Same as afternoons.
