P&P Test 2017, Movements 7 & 9. Some people have been asking about the one handed part of this movement. The Precision Judge will mark the one handed driving skills of the competitor. IF the competitor fails to ATTEMPT this part of the movement then they shall be marked purely on accuracy of the movement and will automatically lose 5 marks. So competitors could end up with a very low mark (even down to 1!!) for these two movements. Take a bit of time and work out how to hold the reins in one hand, if you can not drive or want to drive coachman then put your reins in your left hand, bridgeing them in the hand, then roll your hand either left or right AND move your hand across your body to obtain the change of direction. |
