IMPORTANT NOTES.........
A. Can everyone bar those who competed in February please bring their Horse Passports for verification.
B. Outside Arena. Due to the warm up area being occupied by trailers at our last meet in February, BCA kindly let us use an outside arena free of charge for the cones. We have approached BCA about the use of this arena for this coming Sunday, the good news is that it is available to hire for a couple of hours for the cones. However this time there will be a charge. There is not enough money in the bag to cover this hire cost, but if EVERYBODY is amenable to a £5 surcharge (to be paid on the day) we will be able to book the arena .
