If you are in any doubt, this is an example.

Ignore the commentary, turn off the sound and just watch this video (after the short advert) from 21 to 30 seconds.

Not perfectly executed but four strides...

You should not be penalised in driven dressage if you have a momentary halt to make sure the carriage is stationary before moving off.

Four strides is what the judges will be looking for at Keysoe, exactly as they have been looking for in the 2018-19 qualifier test.
