Parking at Keysoe - those of you coming with horses, please be aware that the main hard-standing area has a lot more electric hookups and space will be at a premium. No-one is allowed on site before 1:30pm Thursday, 4 April, without special permission from the ICD secretary. Stables are not available until 4pm. We want to make sure everyone squeezes in so please be aware that you may not be able to park in your usual pitch or close to friends. We'll do our best... There will be a team of super volunteers who will be at the main gate ready to check you in as efficiently and quickly as possible and to help you to park prettily while leaving access routes clear all the time. If you have booked a hookup, the team will give you a hookup pass. If you have sent in your passport details, we can check them and give you a passport pass - which you otherwise get when you present your passports to the secretary when you collect your paperwork. Display these in your vehicle's front window. As always, please pick up your horse's droppings as (or before) they hit the ground and kindly sweep up any that are lying around and we'll keep the place pleasant for everyone! If you can spare an hour or two on Thursday afternoon, Friday or Saturday morning to help the parking team, please contact me, Fiona Powell, 07710 467774 - we need a few more helpers to make sure we keep things running smoothly. Thank you. Please refer to the website Announcements forum for the latest news! |
