Starter drivers, complete beginners and everyone who’s interested… on foot and driven training for drivers and their helpers Come on one or both days to find out what driving is all about Book your place now! Saturday, on foot - £45 per person/£35 each for extra places Sunday - £75 per driver/turnout for a driving session with your own horse or pony, including arena hire SATURDAY – on-foot - click here to book your place(s) on Saturday Learn the basics, with an emphasis on safe practices and time to ask questions Harness – the parts of the harness, how it works, how to fit it Carriages – size, weight, suitability, balance, two and four-wheelers Training – starting with how to hold the reins and get on the carriage, and more! Helping – the helper/groom is an important member of the team. What do they need to know?
