We are very sorry to say that we’ve been advised to cancel our event on Sunday owing to the severe weather warning.
I will post again here shortly re. refunds, etc.

The event will be going ahead if it's possible and safe at the venue.
If Wix cancels our event on Sunday, 9 February, we will post here as soon as the decision is made, otherwise we recommend that you allow extra time for travelling in the morning and only do so with consideration for your safety.
Please take extra care at the event - with doors, ramps and other things that may blow around - park head-on to the hedge (if you can) to allow as many people as possible to take advantage of the hedge's shelter!
