Please have a look at the Keysoe schedule to be sure about equine vaccinations and other key info. This is what we say about vaccinations - still on yearly: “Equine Passports will be checked upon arrival or beforehand online. Equine Flu vaccinations MUST be up to date and show the primary course of two vaccinations followed by the six month booster then annually, meaning on or before the same date in the following year. A vaccination must not be within 7 days of the event. ICD and Keysoe advise, but do not insist, on a vaccination being given within 6 months.“ We’ll be asking people to send in pics of their passport equine flu page before the event like last year where possible so we can precheck them and avoid delay and or unvaccinated horses showing up or being turned away. I’ll post about how to do that soon. ICD uses the rules in force at the beginning of our season, 1st October, so we're not yet adopting the new BC rule for vaccinations within 6 months and 21 days of an event. We will need to consider for next year ... please let your organisers know your views on this or other matters to bring to Keysoe.
