INDOOR FINALS NEWS – REFUNDS & POSSIBILITIES 1) ICD-UK has issued entry fee refunds today. Anyone due a refund from us should get an email and the funds should reach you in a few days. 2) The College EC, Keysoe, is contacting everyone who has booked a stable and/or hookup by phone or email and will refund in full all stabling and hookup bookings made for the Indoor Finals. If you are due a refund, you should hear from them in the next few days. 3) We are looking into the possibility of holding the 2020 Finals on a new date and possibly a different venue in about six months’ time – however, it is a very difficult climate in which to plan with certainty. ***INDOOR FINALS CANCELLED*** This evening the Prime Minister made an announcement requiring everyone to avoid "non-essential" travel and contact with others in order to curb the spread of Coronavirus. We have reluctantly taken the decision to cancel the National Championships at Keysoe, 3-5 April. All entry fees paid so far will be refunded. We will try to arrange an alternative date when the restrictions will allow it. We will publish any further news on our website where everyone can find it easily - and on our Facebook page and official group. Thank you all for your enthusiastic and continued support throughout the season and for your patience over the last few days. | ||

***INDOOR FINALS NEWS*** 13 March 20:00 (Find this statement from the link in the yellow box on the website var/www page.) ICD-UK is following the latest government advice about Coronavirus and running public sporting events so we are currently going ahead. This may change in the next few weeks. We will run if we possibly can but we may still be advised to cancel the Finals. If we do so will do our best to run the event later this year if we can secure a suitable venue and date. If the Finals must be postponed, we will transfer your entry or if you cannot make the new date or if we have to cancel, we will refund all your ICD-UK entry fees in full. The closing date for entries is 24 March. Please enter now if your name is on the invitation list, so we can schedule you. You can book a stable and hook-ups direct with Keysoe - see www.keysoe.com.
