It is brilliant news - and, I believe proving very popular and successful. The rules are all on the var/www page should you wish to download them. My 36" Shetland is put to a Ken Jackson exercise vehicle, the vehicle must be 125cm track width. I had to have mine made wider to comply with the rules, it was done by a professional carriage builder who mad a superb job of it, and not overly expensive either. It has pneumatic tyres and is probably about 35 years old and of course - it's a 2 wheeler! I should think any make is acceptable, providing it's the correct width, sound and suitable for the pony.
