Lindsay, it's great to see so many new faces "indoors" at Forest Edge and brave of you to have a go (with a pair!). I thought you drove them sweetly and smoothly and you all looked like you enjoyed it. We started by going gently, which is very sensible - it's just that most people (at least my friends) have been kind enough to forget how many things I crunched and muffed in my first attempts. Ha! They Indians is friendly! Thanks to Cathy, Brian, Andy and Dave and all the gate-openers and other helpers for a most enjoyable day out. |

Might not be the right place to post this, but can I say a big thank you to all of you who organised yesterday's event. It was my first time driving at any driving trials so going in at the deep end with a pair is perhaps not the best idea, however, we had a great time even though we made a bit of a mess of obstacle one the first time round and we were a bit slow in the cones but we all enjoyed ourselves. So thank you to all of you and the competitors. We did get a little worried when the Indians kept circling us but managed to escape to fight another day!!!! |
