Dear all, we are all delighted that our events are so popular - however we want everyone to enjoy them and to finish at a reasonable time. We have decided to limit entries to 30 on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. We will keep a waiting list, should you wish to go on it. You can enter on line or in the post - please make allowances for delays in the Christmas mail in the latter case. Remember that you can withdraw before or on the closing date without losing your money. If your entry arrives after we are full, we can put you on a waiting list or hold it over to the next event or give you a full refund. YOU CAN HELP at the event by making sure you are standing ready next to the arena entrance when it's your turn and also by driving straight to the start for the cones and obstacles, without circling. If everyone's prompt and you save just 30 seconds each time you enter the arena smartly, that saves a whole hour on the day and £48! (Any other ideas, please contact me?) Remember it's the fancy dress event, Saturday 3 Jan - which will be judged during P&P. If you wish to sponsor a prize, do get in touch? Thank you. |
