How do you practice your P&P without your horse/pony thinking they can achieve a better result without you??

I've only ever driven the test (including practicing) a total of five times, but Bertie already knows it off by heart! I've tried driving sections in different orders, but that's when I tend to go wrong putting it all back in the right order!!

Any suggestions???
