Hello again! The day before our Lunan one day event, we will be holding an experience day for beginners to carriage driving. The day will begin at 10 am and finish around 4 pm on Saturday, April 17th, here at Lunan Home Farm. It will cost £10. People may come on their own, or with a horse and carriage. There will be 4 hazards, a dressage arena, a cones course, and an indoor school available. Please bring your own lunch. We will cover the following topics: Choosing the right harness, carriage, and horse for driving trials; fitting harness; putting to; looking at hazards; driving a cones course; what to expect at your first event; care of horse at an event; fitness training for the first event. And anything else that people want to ask! Please let people know about this day. Thank you!
