Most carriages have a degree of flexibilty up&down
but this can vary on build of pony as well.I do'nt know which area you are in but I would recommend you contact a LHHI or some other Professional or experianced Driver for advise .

Im embarrassed to ask BUT i must !!!!!!!
can any one tell me please how do you size a cart trap or carriage
a friend told me that most pony carts that have fitted say one pony 14hh but can also be used also to fit a 13hh or 12hh
