Hi Steph, I may be able to help you here. Don't know if you know, but we fought a very long and hard battle with our Planning Committee a few years back. We eventually won after 2 Appeals. Similar sort of queries to yours cropped up ( along with half a million others! ) Email me and I can give you more details. If you contact Linda Rose- she has my contact details. I'd rather not publish my email address on a Forum- you never know if any weirdos are monitering it!!! Carole Redgrave |

Please could someone tell me the required number of people to look after 10 ponies that are stabled at night and out during the day. The reason I ask is because my local council think that it does not require a full time worker merely a part timer however they do not say how many hours they class as part time. It takes me 3 1/2 hours a day just to muck out and another 1 1/2 hours to bed down let alone groom, exercise, poo pick the fields. So if anyone knows what the BHS recommend it would be helpful. thanks steph nuttall |
