Alan, thanks for your feedback - sorry it won't work for you. This file should run by itself - you don't need any special software. On Windows XP I see the following dialog:
I can run it once by clicking Open or click Save to save it on my PC and run it any time I like. (I realise that you probably know this but some people won't!) It's possible that your PC does not allow you to download executable files - for security reasons. There might be a popup asking if you want to allow this? I don't want to encourage anyone to tweak their security/anti-virus settings! I can send it to you by email if you wish! Just send me a message, please? I'd like your comments! fiona@inharness.co.uk Fiona |

Your 'sat nav' test is great. For me as a very visual person, it works wonderfully - maybe I could have an error free year! An observation I have of movement 4 in the test is that it is ambiguous. Either it should read KXM Change rein lengthened strides or it should read KXM Change rein and show SOME lengthened strides. For those whose ponies do not do this well , the second option is preferable as it allows the pony to be balanced on the turn across and then show a transition in and out of lengthening on the quarter line. In this case fewer lengthened steps are required and the quality can be better. Dilys Gordon |

The animated movements of the test are available to view now - see www.inharness.co.uk Choose "Inharness var/www" on the left-hand menu and click "Next issue". Click the button to download the small file; click "open" to run it on your PC. (I cannot guarantee you'll get all tens after using this training aid, however - enjoy!) Feedback welcomed! |
